Non Oily Cleaners and Soap

You will need:

Face wash, soap

Procedure:

Wash you hand and clean your affected area with cold water. Gently apply soap and rub for few minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry and moisturize.

Repetition:

Twice daily as required

Caution:

Do not use oily soap and face wash. Also, do not use hot water.

Baking Soda and Lemon Water

You will need:

2 tea spoon baking soda, 2 tea spoon lemon, water

Procedure:

Mix baking soda and lemon juice with few drops of water. Wash the affected area with warm water. Gently apply the mix and gently rub for few minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry and moisturize.

Repetition:

Once daily as required

Caution:

Rub gently. Also, do not use hot water.

Salt and Oatmeal Mix      

You will need:

2 tea spoon salt, about 1/10 bowl of regular oatmeal

Procedure:

Wash you hand and clean your affected area with warm water. Mix salt and oatmeal together and grind them to make powder. Put a little bit of water and rub the area for few minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry and moisturize.

Repetition:

Twice a week as required

Be careful while rubbing the skin.

Sugar and Lemon Exfoliation

You will need:

1 tea spoon Sugar, ½ team spoon Lemon

Procedure:

Wash you hand and clean your affected area with warm water. Mix sugar and lemon together and exfoliate for few minutes.  Rinse with lukewarm water and dry and moisturize.

Twice daily as required

Caution:

Do not use a lot of sugar. Could get sticky.

Turmeric Powder Face Mask Treatment

You will need:

5 tea spoon Turmeric powder, water

Procedure:

Wash you hand and clean your affected area with cold water. Make a facemask out of turmeric powder, apply to your skin, and leave it for 15-20 minutes.  Rinse with lukewarm water and dry and moisturize.

Repetition:

Once a day

Caution:

Do not keep turmeric powder for a long time on your skin. This could turn your skin into turmeric color for few days.

Cinnamon & Green Tea Mix

You will need:

2 table spoon of Cinnamon, 1 bag of green tea

Procedure:

Wash you hand and clean your affected area with cold water. Mix Cinnamon and green tea (opened) together. Gently apply the mix and rub for few minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry and moisturize.

Repetition:

Once a day

Do not rub hard. Cinnamon can cause irritation on your skin
